Job Description

    1. Incoming and Outgoing Material Entry in ERP:
      • Accurately record all incoming and outgoing materials in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
      • Ensure that all entries are timely and reflect the correct quantity, quality, and relevant details of materials.
    2. Inventory Management:
      • Monitor and maintain adequate levels of stock to meet operational needs while minimizing excess inventory.
      • Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records in the ERP system.
      • Implement efficient inventory control practices to reduce losses and ensure accuracy.
    3. Quality Control:
      • Inspect incoming materials for quality and compliance with established standards.
      • Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with incoming materials to the relevant department.
    4. Supervision of Store Activities:
      • Oversee daily store activities, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
      • Manage a team of storekeepers and provide guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
      • Enforce safety and security protocols within the store area.
    5. Report Preparation in Excel:
      • Generate regular reports using Microsoft Excel to track inventory levels, material usage, and other relevant metrics.
      • Ensure that reports are accurate, up-to-date, and available for management review.
    6. Vendor Communication:
      • Maintain communication with suppliers and vendors to coordinate deliveries and address any supply-related issues.
      • Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to optimize procurement processes.
