Responsibilities and Duties: 1) Will be responsible for building an efficient learning program that facilitates the development of team and organization as a whole. 2) This multifaceted role requires proficiency in building learning plans, as well as an overall knack for interaction and in - person training. 3) Person has to constantly monitor and understand trends in supply and demand, and have to use data to make the right operational decisions. 4) Work across functionally to improve CSR learning experience and knowledge of our internal and external tools and products. 5) Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities. 6) Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures. 7) Person has to develop service plans and roadmap which define capabilities which help to drive a project execution. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications: 1) Master Degree in Any Field. 2) Should have 5+ Years of Experience as a Program Project Operation Manager. 3) Having Experience of Six Sigma will be an added advantage. 4) Should have use project management methodologies. 5) Fluency in English. 6) Having Experience in SQL and Excel or another Data Management Tool will be an added Advantage.
