Desired Candidates Profile: 1) Excellent client - facing and internal communication skills. 2) Standing up in front of a group and explaining the inner workings of the DataHub analyst feels natural. 3) Person should be Cool and calm. 4) Should be ready for the autonomy that comes with building a new process at RevoKaramaHub. 5) You can make sense of complex data sets to find root causes to identify people who may need retraining or remediation. 6) Person should have superior organizational skills, and constantly look to iterate on things to make them more efficient. Responsibilities and Duties: 1) Will be responsible for building an efficient learning program that facilitates the development of team and organization as a whole. 2) This multifaceted role requires proficiency in building learning plans, as well as an overall knack for interaction and in - person training. 3) Person has to constantly monitor and understand trends in supply and demand, and have to use data to make the right operational decisions. 4) Work across functionally to improve CSR learning experience and knowledge of our internal and external tools and products. 5) Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities. 6) Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures. 7) Person has to develop service plans and roadmap which define capabilities which help to drive a project execution. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications: 1) Master Degree in Any Field. 2) Should have 5+ Years of Experience as a Program Project Operation Manager. 3) Having Experience of Six Sigma will be an added advantage. 4) Should have use project management methodologies. 5) Fluency in English. 6) Having Experience in SQL and Excel or another Data Management Tool will be an added Advantage. More RevoKarmaHub is looking for a Program Manager to work alongside our DataHub team to help buil lding the operation foundation and content of our learning program. Our DataHub Analyst and DataHub Program Teams are all about optimizing search efficiency, and as a Learning Manager you would be ensuring that these teams of rock - stars are able to continuously provide world class search optimization service support to everyone involved in the search experience.
