DescriptionThe candidate would be responsible for Order Booking and Invoicing. Qualification:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsCandidate must have experience with data entry to Financial system like Intacct and hands on knowledge with a Sales CRM like sales force. Proficient in MS Office Packages. (Excel proficiency must) Detail orientedAbility to process large volume of data under strict timelineResponsibilities:Create Sales Order to ensure timely booking of Orders sold by the sales team. Verify legal contracts and products being sold to the customer/ s. Maintain records and reports through Intacct and Sales Force for the orders and Invoices created. Verifies invoicing discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from customers, sales and finance team. Rectify and resolve discrepancies post invoicing. Maintain and execute services and expenses billing.,
