Location: Baroda/Vadodara Experience : 5 - 9Yrs Job Summary: The Role T3 SQL Support Analysist We require an experienced support analysist to join our customer service focused approach to Tier 3 Support Team. You should have strong SQL, Windows Desktop and Web previous experience. We provide technical system support across a desktop and web application in the Education sector.Responsibilities will include support and analysis of application issues, investigating and resolving of incidents, supporting and testing enhancements and ensuring processes and procedures are documentedProvide 2nd/3rd line technical application support to users.Monitor system usage and performance, investigate and implement proactive support measures.Perform analysis of data issues, suggest and implement appropriate resolutions.Work closely with Product Owners to understand requirements for reporting and other small enhancements and provide appropriate solutions.Ensure that support activities and metrics are within defined SLAs and KPIs.Produce and maintain documentation of application environments, data-flows, and support processes. Required Skills: Proven application support experience in a 2 nd /3 rd line roleExperience of supporting applications built on SQL Server technologyExperience with Microsoft Windows, Windows Server and, SQL 2008 onwardsWorking knowledge of industry best practices, ITIL (incident, problem, change, release)Strong customer service ethic, analytical and logical problem solving skillsClear communicator both written and verbalDemonstrates ownership and responsibility,
