Sr Analyst - Panel Management - 41180Operations - India Vadodara, GujaratTeam: Panel ManagementJob Title: Sr. Analyst, Panel ManagementJob PurposeAdminister panel health, timely and accurate recruitment instructions and continuous panel quality improvement using analytics to continue accuracy.Job Responsibilities- Interprets panel health KPIs and data, analyzing results and reports from GKPI and C-DAR modules using statistical techniques and providing ongoing reports - Accountable for timely and accurate recruitment/drop instructions, setting up requirements for PMU in recruitment planning and ensuring alignment with any annual sample updates to PMU - Analyses high cost to audit and makes recommendations for action plan, replacements or other options based on results - Executes action plan, monitors execution for local input and makes recommendations to Panel ManagerScopeBudget Responsibility: None Key interface relationships (internal and external): Data Science, internal within the COE management and distributed workforce who do the work in the data collection Number of employees managed: None Number of employees indirectly managed: None Number of third party employees (contractors/outsourced) managed: None The role is global/regional/local: Local Breadth of functions under management: Single function with single-country scopeRole Requirements- Bachelor degree in a statistical, mathematical, or technical field - Communication skills - Analytical skills - Fluent English level (written and oral) & local language (depends on the region) - Hability to work well in a fast-face environment - Knowledge of planning tools and concepts - Total experience +3 years of quantitative analysis work experience in Nielsen, statistics or similar. - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail - Comfort and knowledge working within C-DAR modulesABOUT NIELSENWe re in tune with what the world is watching, buying, and everything in between.
