Ensure timely preparation and maintenance of statutory books of accounts, financial statements and periodical reports. Implement systems and adequate measures to ensure timely receipt of payments from debtors; monitoring collections and maintaining a healthy working capital flow. Selection and implementation of a suitable ERP system Preparation of MIS reports to provide feedback to the Companys management on financial performance, fund management, credit control, profitability, etc. Ensuring timely assessment and filing TDS returns as per the provisions of regulatory tax acts. Responsible for Tax planning and day to day handling of all taxation matters. Calculation of monthly and quarterly tax provision, smooth filing of return of income, tax audits, making provision for tax and payment of advance tax, deferred tax calculations. Responsible for ensuring TDS/ FBT / STPI compliance, transfer pricing study, completion of assessments, filing of appeals before CIT (A)/ ITAT.
