Conversant with Preparation of PFDs, P&IDs, H&M Balances,Process Design calculations and preparation of Equipment data sheetsPreparation of Process documents like Basis of Design, H&MB reports, Operation Control and Safeguarding Philosophies, Tie In and shutdown philosophies, hydraulic reports Line Lists, Valve lists, Venting, Draining and Isolation philosophy documents etcHands on experience in process simulation softwares like HYSYS,PRO2, CHEMCAD, UNISIM ETCHands on experience in hydraulics, line sizing, calculations, for liquid, gas, 2 Phase lines etc requiredFamiliarity with various international design standards like API, Shell standards required.Review of vendor documentation and manage procurement of process equipment and componentsLiaise with Senior process engineers on both Technical and general business matters .Execute process plant pre commissioning/ commissioning on site as requiredPerform special tasks as assignedSkills and Experience:A degree in Chemical Engineering from a reputed college, preferably IITs, NITs, RECsAt least minimum 5 years professional experience in Process design and engineeringTechnical competence in the unit operations of separation, heat transfer, mass transfer and especially fluid transferHands on plant experience, either operational or during commissioning will be an added advantageAdvanced computer literacy in Microsoft office programs especially MS ExcelBe attentive to detail, and be should be able and willing to perform the tasks within specific periodHave strong analytical skillsSalaryNot DisclosedIndustryOil / Gas / PetroleumWork Experience8 - 14 YearsQualificationB.Tech/B.E,
