About the role : A. Key responsibilities 1. Requirements Engineer / Software Requirements Engineer: To carry out requirements engineering and controlling change and communicating to relevant stakeholders. The requirements manager specifies and maintains the requirements in a structured and timely manner to ensure the delivery of time. 40 % 2. Verifier / Software Verifier: Examine and judge whether the output of a specific development phase fulfils respective requirements, mostly document reviews. The verifier ensures proper documentation during all project phases. 20 % 3. Project Lead / Software Project Lead Manage the projects scope by setting, maintaining and reporting project budgets and schedules. Monitoring metrics on the status of critical tasks and objectives as well as expediting project related issues and topics. 20 % 4. Agile Product Owner: The agile product owner ( product owner within the Scrum framework, or backlog manager in other agile documents) is the role assumed by the person who is responsible for maximizing the value of the product and the work of the development team 20 % B. Job Requirements Specialized or cross-functional knowledge / relevant experience required by the position/role Requirement Management Tools like DOORS 9.3 or higher, DOORS NG etc Preferabbly worked in Aerospace, Railway or Automative domain Experience to work in a global engineering environment based on a cross-site setup with collaborations jointly with engineering sites in Europe, UK and AmericaQualifications & Functional Knowledge Education BTech degree, M.Tech or PhD graduate Relevant experience required Typically minimum 6-8 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors degree, 5 years relevant work experience with Master s degree or PhD graduate Job: Software Primary Location: IN-GU-Vadodara Organization: Transportation Schedule: Full-time Employee Status: Regular Job Posting: 12.10.2020, 2:17:42 AM Unposting Date: 30.11.2020, 1:29:00 PM,
