Urgent hiring is going on for a Leading Bank in Varanasi and Jaipur.Position-Area Manager-Rural BankingResponsibilities:1. Responsible for identification/ setting up URCs in the state2. Responsible for managing the URC team and achieving budgets3. Responsible for providing direction to the team in sourcing affluent customers and maintaining relationships4. Responsible for planning and organizing micro marketing activities for leads and business5. Responsible for coordinating with SLBC (State Level Bankers Committee), Lead Bank, NABARD and other stakeholders for business and reports to statutory agencies.6. Responsible for driving sales officers for open market liability (new customers and targeting other bank customers)7. Responsible for organizing and promoting Farmers Clubs for the URCs and such other innovative marketing activities for driving business8. Responsible for developing and maintaining rapport with key persons/ opinion makers of the village9. Responsible for Mentoring team of BHs, CROs and SOs for achievement of asset and liability business2. ROLE REQUIREMENTSDesired QualificationGraduate, preferably in Agri/Allied Sciences, Post-graduation/ PGDBA/MBA in Rural Management will be an added advantageDesired ExperienceMinimum 6-8 years of experience covering assets (agri and allied activityloans) and liability business in rural areas in a bank/ rural business focused NBFC
