Dear Candidate ,We have urgent requirements for the position of ASM Location: Gorakhpur, Varanasi Lucknow AlsoSalary : 2.5 Lacs to 4.5 Lacs per annumDate of Interview: 18/05/2019 to 19/05/2019To ensure achievement sales targets (bookings and Sales) as per planManage the distributor sales executive on a day to day basisManage 8-10 dealers in the allocated territoryImplement initiatives in-line with Company expectationsBuild builder/promoter and influencer connectEnsuring a consumer-driven mindset at all timesPrimary Responsibilities:1. Territory ManagementMap the potential high opportunity pockets in the territory and ensure dealer andsalesman coverage adequatelyUnderstand the geography-wise sales plans for Company from superiors andcascade them to consumption center wise sales plans; ensure achievement of sameRegularly meet and engage with stake holders (builder, contractors, architects) todiscuss and pitch the product across the territoryHelp sales managers create enablers / BTL/ sales programs for the territory ensurerigorous execution2. Sales Executive (SE) ManagementHelp the sales executives plan their leads, meetings, activities and travel plans bothat the beginning of the month and across the monthInteract with each SE (5-7 per TSM) on a daily basis Help him plan the day(consumers and meetings) and review his performance at the end of the daySupport SEs in closing larger / difficult consumers by being present in personProvide SE wise reports (strengths, weaknesses, issues) to SM, plan and execute anySE level interventions requiredShadow the SEs to build capabilities that will help them sell better. Each SE to beshadowed in person for at least twice every monthEnsure SE attrition is minimized.Fill any SE vacancies by identifying and onboarding suitable candidates (with thehelp of distributors)3. Dealer ManagementVisit dealers every month, ensure they are clear of targets and motivated to performEnsure all dealers are meeting basic business requirements (E.g. Good qualitydisplays, sharing of consumer leads with SEs, following set Steel Processes etc.)4. Self-DevelopmentParticipate in performance reviews and knowledge sharing sessionsIncorporate feedback provided in regular day-to-day workingSubmit all required reports/ MIS/ competitor profiles on time5. InitiativesSupport in implementation of initiatives for improvement in the current systems &processesOversee any other work as per business need as communicated by the Superior.
