(into any staffing/recruitment/placement company is must)Remuneration: Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 50,000monthly (Its highest payouts we are making)KRA:Ability to recruit nationwide, Proven success as a Technical Recruiter. Should be able to Source candidates directly through Job boards and other social media sites. Good understanding of IT and technical positions, application development & infrastructure positionsManage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from initial job brief through to onboarding.Use direct methods to attract and source top talent across a variety of technology functions and roles. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interview stages. Experience of direct sourcing using a variety of methods including engaging passive talent.
