  • Provide thought leadership in solving complex AI/Data science problems
  • installation / surveying / atp RF / BTS drive test
  • site maintenance
Production :Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for stabilizing of production processes for entire plant.
  • As a leader provides support to his team by training.
  • Responsible for achievement of the Baseline RTY for all production processes.
  • Analysis of issues escalated and getting them resolved with cross functional team.
  • Provide process improvement support in all shifts.
  • Work on process improvement targets for Productivity improvement.
Installation :Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for achieving planned financial result
  • Installation capacity planning and forecast completion
  • Communicates proactively the resource needs to his/her superior
  • Responsible for efficiency measurement and reporting
  • Communicates the capacity constraints to sales
  • Responsible for managing customer disputes relating to installation.
  • Responsible for managing and developing sub-contractors.
Drive Test :Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Ability to interface and work with analysts and managers.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Ability to work with a diverse team and work to develop testing environments and practices.
Site Eng Survey:Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Familiar with power distribution of factory ,above 2 experience;
  • Use AUTO-CAD skillful,can design power distribution of factory by AUTO CAD;
  • Understand electrical drawings designed by another,can lead electrical labour team to finish the electrical work on the building site;can work on the construction site;
  • Have responsibility, industrious, communication, obey arrangement by manager;
