• Job Profile:
We are seeking a compassionate Physician with 1-3 years of experience in providing primary care for patients suffering from injuries and common illnesses for their Multispeciality Hospital in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. The Physicians responsibilities include diagnosing and treating injuries, illnesses, and disorders, prescribing medications, making recommendations on lifestyle changes, and answering patients questions. The Physician may work in one or more areas of specialization, such as anesthesiology, family and general medicine, internal medicine, and paediatrics. The candidate must be a leader who can collaborate well with other staff to improve patient outcomes, emphasize educating patients on preventive care techniques, and communicate important health information effectively and compassionately. The candidate should have experience working with patients of different ages, ethnicities, and cultures.
• Role and Responsibilities:
1. Examining patients, taking medical histories, and addressing their concerns
2. Diagnosing and treating injuries, illnesses, and disorders
3. Ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests and explaining the results to patients
4. Counselling patients on diet, hygiene, preventative healthcare, and other lifestyle changes
5. Updating patients charts and information to reflect current findings and treatments
6. Prescribing medications or therapies
7. Recommending and designing treatment plans
8. Explaining medical procedures to patients
9. Consulting with other physicians, referring patients to specialists when necessary, working with other healthcare staff
10. Complying with medical laws (for example, HIPAA)
11. Read current literature, talk with colleagues, and participate in professional organizations or conferences to keep abreast of developments in Medicine.
• Education Requirement: The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:
1. UG: MBBS in Medicine and PG: Medical-MS/MD in Anaesthesiology, General Surgery, General Practitioner
2. Successful completion of medical internship and medical residency at an accredited medical facility.
3. Current MD licensure in this state and National Medical Doctor Certification
