Supervisor Medical Coding Billing Educational Qualifications Diploma/ Graduate 4 years 6 years Rotational Shift (Day/ Night) Skill Sets Responsible for planning, organizing and managing billing/ coding operations. Assist in setting strategic direction, lead, and mentoring groups. Oversee the identification, analysis and resolution of compliance, reimbursement, and audit issues in a timely manner.
