Job Description

: Technical Program Manager, Test Engineering, Electronic ProductsLocation: Hanoi, VietnamExperience Level: MidExperience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area.Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • 3 years of experience in the position of Technical Program Manager, Test Engineering, Electronic Products.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to participate in complex technical discussions.

  • Manage factory test stations from engineering builds to End of Production (EOP), be the point of contact (POC) to internal and external teams (contract manufacturer/ fixture vendors), manage overall test readiness (validation test xVT to mass production MP), risks and communication to cross-functional teams.
  • Keep test process synchronized with other sites across the entire production line from Surface Mount Technology (SMT), sub-assembly and FATP (Final Assembly, Test, Packout).
  • Drive yield, retest rate and test related issues and optimization.
  • Work with contract manufacturer on test related Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), test fixtures readiness, cycle time/unit per hour (UPH), and line balance. Manage schedules and plan for all test engineering deliverables (data collection features/solutions, test framework software drops, fixture bring-up, etc).
  • Collaborate with suppliers and engineering teams in managing control run and process changes.
