To plan and execute the activities of Front office, Reservations (monitor only operations of reporting), and to ensure adherence to the standards, policies and procedures of Novotel Vijayawada Varun. Guide all Front Office personnel and ensure proper completion of all Front Office duties. Strive to achieve optimum operating results while providing guests with the highest level of service and satisfaction Responsible for the compilation and timely submission of all required statistical and performance reports explained in the Front office manual. Develop and maintain strongly motivated and effective team. Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale and guest service. Ensure that all personnel are well informed of department s objectives and policies.Supervise and control all Front Office areas according to the standards laid down by the Company, maximising revenues and profits to agreed budgetary limits. Ensure that guest requests are resolved quickly, efficiently and courteously. Ensure that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated. Train, cross-train, and retrain all Front Office personnel. Conscientiously develop and train the team to perform their functions with maximum productivity and efficiency so as to prepare them to take on greater responsibilities. Leadership skills that utilize persuasion and motivation to attain organizational goals is the most desirable management quality, followed by honesty, integrity, ethical behaviour, tactfulness, openness, and cultural awareness;,
