We need Safety Officer immediately.Position : Safety EngineerQualification : B.E./ B.Tech / Diploma - MechanicalExperience : Min 5 to 6 yrs or more than with experience.Job Location : Dhule, Maharashtra & Rajamundry, Andhra Pradesh.Job Duration : 12 months OnlyGender : Male OnlySalary : 3.0 to 4.0 L (Depend on candidate exp & skills.)ResponsibilitiesFire Protection Works :1) This work involves the analysis of the hydraulic calculations using PIPENET of the existing hydrant and sprinkler system and checking for adequacy with the revised requirements, upgrading the existing designs to comply with the latest requirements. At all the Depots / Terminals, the HVLR and variable discharge foam monitors will have to be installed. Foam System Design to be done for all the locations for appropriate rate of feeding of foam for the various devices such as HVLR monitors, variable speed foam monitors, MEFG, etc.2) Also at all the Depots / Terminals fixtures for providing lanyards for anchoring safety harness belts in the existing truck loading shed will also have to be undertaken. Additional safety cabinet / room should be provided to store the new safety equipments being provided as per the latest standards. Wherever OISD Distance Norms are not being met, sprinkler system to be provided on all the tanks - identifying the tanks in Non OISD compliant Locations and making provision for mitigation of risk such as provision of sprinkler system, etc.3) The detailed scope includes the following but shall not be limited to:a) The job includes checking of fire fighting facilities including fire water network and adequacy of fire water requirement at the existing Terminals & Depots as specified in OISD 117 (Latest amendment).b) Design concepts considering double fire scenarios arriving at the sizing of pumps, pipelines & tankage.c) Pipeline sizing arrived through PIPENET Software Analysis.d) Carry out design of fire fighting facilities to meet the requirements OISD 117 (Latest revision)e) HVLR Monitors - 1000 GPM (with variable capacity of 750 GPM &500 GPM) / 2000 GPM / 4000 GPM with variable capacity Remote operated high velocity long range monitors to fight tank fires shall be provided. Corresponding water storage / fire water pumps shall be designed as per the codes.f) Preparation of revised Fire water tank & pump house equipment layout & piping layout.Designing of Foam System :a) To study the simultaneous requirement of Remote Operated HVLR Monitor system to arrive at foam design flow rate.b) To study the simultaneous requirement of Manually Operated trailer mounted HVLR Monitor system to arrive at foam design flow rate.c) To study the two largest fire scenarios for Fixed foam pouring system to arrive at foam design flow rate.d) To study the two largest fire scenarios for spill Fire Protection System to arrive at foam design flow rate.If you interested in this job please send me your update Resume with Current Salary, Expected Salary & Notice Period.Your immediate response will appreciate.You have any friends who are in interested in this job.,
