Must have hands on experience into Talent acquisition process, starting from sourcing profiles to on-boarding process. Preparing & sending the manpower MIS including Recruitments / Resignations on a regular basis. Responsible for organising regular staff welfare activities Knowledge and experience in employee engagement activities, recruitment, employee relations, grievance handling, employee retention and employee development. Should maintain a Functional organization structure for various departments and to ensure continuous up gradation of Employees. Handling Employee Queries and support new initiatives. Developing an Overall strategy including design, alignment and Implementation of interventions and support the Business strategy. Handling End to End Administrative activities. Must have excellent communication, presentation and writing skills. Qualification - Graduation/MBA Gender - Preferably Female but even Male candidates can also apply.
