Job Description

Currently we are looking for Key Account Manager For Vijayawada location. Interested contact me Immediately on 9008384477.Position - Key Account Manager (KAM)Salary: CTC Rs.6L to 6.5L annually (70% fixed and 30% variable)Age - Not more than 32 yearsLocation: VijayawadaMale candidate only (role will necessitate extensive travelling)Should have experience on Apparel Industry and distribution Industry.Academics - MBA in marketing/sales/distribution/channel management from a reasonably good Institute like ICFAI, IPE, Auroras Hyderabad, IIPM Hyderabad, NIT, ISTTM Technology Business School, Hyderabad and similar onesExperience - Hands on in Apparel/Retail sales management of minimum 8 years with brands having regional/national presence. Should have direct apparel distribution management experience. Experience of managing Exclusive Brand Outlets will be preferred.Role - Managing turnover of approximately >10cr annually spread over at least 4 - 6 districts of a state/s. Turnover will be at Cos billing value to the first trade buyer i.e. Super Stockist/s or Distributors or Institutions. Span of control will spread over 7 -10 distributors and an equal number of sales executives of distributors. Managing about 3 - 4 EBOs will also be a part of the role after a year of joining.Personality - Should possess ago & gettype attitude with pleasing personality. Must be a self-starter and ready to face operational challenges in bringing about 3x growth in business over 2 years. Good command over english, hindi and telegu will be a pre-requisite. Any other regional language will be an added qualification. Should be ready to travel for 15 to 18 days in a month as business picks up.The incumbent will be solely responsible for generating primary sales from distributors by getting secondary sales through the distributors sales force. Facilitating payments from the channel partners will also be expected from the incumbent. He will also be responsible for all Below The Line activities - both recommending and executing through distributors sales force. Incumbent must have in depth knowledge of Multi Brand Outlets of Apparel and operation of channel partners for MBOs.reporting - The position will report directly to the General Manager Sales & Distribution who is a senior manager in the core team of managers.Best Regards,Chaithra HR9008384477
