Job Description

Responsibilities: Responsible for handling all legal Documentation, notices (statutory, government dept.) and giving legal advice. Experience in handling cases related to winding up , land, lease and revenue, cheque bounce cases and recovery cases. Specialist in IT contracts, SO Ws, Negotiations, Legality etc. Setting up of new Companies Name approval, drafting of MOA and AOA, Incorporation, change of name. Proficient in MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) and E-Filing. Applying for DIN and DSC for directors and officers of the company and renewal. Shifting of Registered office from one state to other, dealing with ROC. Other Secretarial works covering compliance of various provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 on a daily basis, formalities related to Registrar of Companies (ROC). Maintenance of various Statuary Records and Registers. Oversee and monitor the implementation of the Company s Code of Conduct policy. Periodically revise and update the policies of the Company. Develop and implement the Code of Conduct policy of the Company and Compliance training plan Assist the Finance Department in coordinating internal compliance review and monitoring activities. Investigate complaints and coordinate action plans with other departments. Develop policies and programs that en courage staff to report suspected fr aud or impropriety without fear of retaliation. Technical Skills Required: At least 4+ years of relevant professional experience. Hands-on experience on MS Office-2010. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical, planning, organizational and Time management skills,
