Role DescriptionRole: Individual will be responsible to Handle the Repairs Maintenance of Small Format Heritage Fresh Responsibility: Resolutions of Complaints - Attending and resolving the store maintenance issues with in 24 hrs complaints like chillers, freezers, DG, AMF, APFC, Electrical complaints.Reduce the breakdowns - Monitoring the technical staff and preparing the Preventive check list for chillers, freezers, DG, AMF, Electrical, CC Cameras and maintaining the equipments in a Systematic manne.Store Renovations project works - Execution of Launch and relaunch works as per allocated store. Checking the project works before handing over to Operation team and getting Asset handover signed from Store manager and maintaining existing and new store datasBill certification - Handling Multiple Vendor Bills and Processing the same with Commercial Team for Payments.Safety @ stores- Maintaining the departmental norms for transformer servicing and earth pit maintenance Ensuring cost per sft average not exceeding 21rs per sft.Safety Basic First End Responses Training Briefs to be initiated on Safety Basic First End ResponsesExperience: 4- 8 years of experience in a similar roleQualification : Diploma / Btech in Electrical Other Requirements Competencies AttributesComplaint ResolutionPreventive MaintenanceVendor Management,
