Lead the execution efforts for technical and functional aspects across the product lines and drive engineering efforts across various cross functional teams Nurture and Manage extraordinary Engineering team of engineers, technical leads and technical architects along with being an inspiration leader to them Participate in the planning, definition and execution of the engineering development initiative for the mechanical division. Provide technical leadership to the team members, develop an organisation that embraces innovation, collaboration and effective execution. Enable a great engineering culture with the right people, process and innovation Requirements: Bachelors/Masters degree in engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred) from top tier university with at least 1+ yrs of experience . You have a successful record of setting technical vision, delivering complex industrial products in time and within budget. You possess the presence, wherewithal and skills to be an effective member of leadership team, you are a strong communicator with a passionate, laser sharp focus to their work, and are able to build and maintain strong relationships both within and outside the organization. Must have shipped high quality , complex products and electro-mechanical components. You have demonstrated leadership, critical thinking skills to prioritize evolving initiatives in a fast paced environment.,
