Bring passion and dedication to your job and just imagine what you could accomplish with us.The primary purpose of PCB designer is to design and develop complex, detailed layouts of rigid and flexible printed circuit boards using CAE/ CAD applications and tools. Need to work with multiple design teams to plan schedules, resolve costs, packaging, manufacturing, and electrical design issues. Proactive in implementing new PCB technologies and processes.SERVICE AGREEMENT Ready to sign 2.5 years service agreement with the company Freshers are preferred Understand the design requirements Maintains and defines library symbols and footprints as per electrical engineering guidelines. Prepare detailed layouts of the printed circuit board and establishes all electrical functionality. Generate the assembly drawings and prepares parts list. Generate and checks all output files for the complete fabrication of the printed circuit board including Gerber files, IPC netlist, drill files, etc. Interface with PCB manufacturers to resolve any problems related to design. Interface with mechanical and electrical engineering to establish physical and electrical parameters to meet packaging requirements. Review electronic schematic data for initial appraisal of proposed design and estimates hours to completion. Review all support documentation and proposed changes to PC boards. Prepare mechanical layouts as required to establish design concepts related to PC board layouts, fabrication, and assembly documentation. Resolve technical issues related to PCB design and assists design group with solutions. Knowledge about analog / digital circuits and devices Understanding of PCB fabrication and PCB assembling process Knowledge of Printed Circuit Board layout tools such as Altium / Cadence Or CAD, Cadence Allegro and/ or PADS. Knowledge of MIL / IPC Standards for Library parts, Printed Circuit Design and Manufacturing Knowledge about multi layer boards, and high density interconnects and fine pitch parts. Knowledge on RF circuit and high speed digital circuit routing and layout requirements Knowledge on Part Placement concepts and routing techniques for signal integrity and EMI Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across multiple technical teams Ability to deliver results on time with high quality Aptitude to independently learn new circuit designs and concepts Determination Failure acceptance Patience Eagerness to learn Flexible Focused Planning Patience to microlevel Visualization Goal oriented ,
