Position Quality AnalystsJob requirementsEditing and proofreading of medical reports at the final level. Maintaining a minimum accuracy level of 98.5 percent.To edit and proofreading medical transcription involving reading and listening to the corresponding medical dictation with various dictation styles , accents , and dialects.Recognize , interpret , and evaluate inconsistencies , discrepancies and inaccuracies in medical dictation; appropriately edit , revise and clarify them without altering the meaning of the dictation or changing the dictators styleOrganize and prioritize assigned work and schedule time to accommodate work demands , turnaround time requirements , and commitments.Demonstrate an understanding of policies , procedures , and priorities , seeking clarification as needed.Assists with training of new employees as neededReviews trends and developments in medicine , English usage , technology , and transcription practices and shares knowledge with colleagues.Contributes to team efforts and shares information with co - workers.Carries out assignments responsibly.An experience of 3 to 7 years as a QA.
