Job Description

    Summary:
    • We are a rapidly expanding BFSI business committed to offering our customers first-rate financial services. We are looking for a business level manager who is results-oriented to guide our team and advance our company.
    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement plans to achieve corporate objectives.

    • Collaborate closely with agents to develop and implement marketing and sales plans that are in line with our corporate goals.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree
    • Proven experience 2 years in a sales and marketing role within the BFSI sector and life insurance.
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
    • In-depth knowledge of financial markets and regulations.
