Job Description

  • Work with Central Functional Training team on designing product related content to address training needs of the sales force
  • Work closely with the state team in implementing the training program,
  • Be the custodian of learning counts ideology
  • Ensure all the new joiners are adequately covered in the CTO training within 45 days from the day of joining
  • Ensure all the employees undergo either functional/ behavior/ regulatory training atleast once in a year
  • Value add in enhancing the training content and delivery methodology basis the ground feedback
  • Address other functional training needs such as excel skill workshop, email workshop, etc.
  • Process Excellence: Ensure adherence to branch processes across products through regular refreshers/reinforcements
  • Co-ordinate with key stake holders for all aspects of logistic & Infra requirement for the delivery of the training program.
  • Constantly drive the culture of learning organization for the state in Rural Bank
  • Translate the workings of Rural Business into Training deliverables and implement delivery across the branch network in the state.
