Calculation of concrete quantities & preparation of BBS for structures such as major bridges, minor bridges, culverts etc. Preparation of subcontractor bills and uploading the same in DMS at SAP. Preparation of reconciliation statement of material on monthly basis sub contractor wise. Preparation of payment status of Sub-contractors. Preparation of rate analysis of construction activities. Preparation of Daily Progress Report to make an indication what is actually happening in site on Daily basis. Tracking the progress of work at site on daily basis. Preparation of progress report of the same on weekly, monthly basis after comparing it with work programme. Registration of vendors in SAP & preparation of work orders for same. Co-ordination with various departments both internally as well as externally. Maintaining strip chart for RFI & DPR.Required Candidate profile
