Production of the quality product acceptable by market and animals 2. Raw Materials Inventory Management and guiding the sourcing team 3. Production, Planning & Consumables 4. Man power allotment , control and training the team 5. Standard operating Procedure 6. Ensure timely unloading of the raw materials and timely dispatch of Finished product and follow FIFO 7. Controls on Minimum of R & M spares maintenance 8. Utilization of the feed plant capacity 9. Safety of the co-employees and self 10. Environment safety and maintenance 11. Statutory Compliance follow up 12. Ensure Maintenance of all records & MIS reports 13. Responding to all management instructions/ letters and adherence 14. Process improvement activities to reduce men, money and material - KAIZEN,
