    Deputy Manager Small Medium Pump DivisionPosition Details:Job Title:Deputy Manager Small Medium Pump DivisionJob Location: VishakhapatnamCTC: 7 LpaPosition Requirements:Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma- Mechanical/ElectricalWork Experience: 1+ YearsSummary /Purpose of the role
    • To support our after sales service activities for under warranty /post warranty/proactive services and technical assistance to marketing sectors and customers.
    • Handle under warranty customers issues and complaints,
    • To Manage and strengthen our service dealers network.
    • Handling our Direct Customers of Power sectors, Refineries, Petro chemicals Water sectors for service issues.
    • Increased REACH: Collection of customer data bank and pump population of the allocated area and updating in portal.
    • Identify and Appointment of New Channel Partners.
    • Maintaining Profitability: Annual operating plan (AOP) for Chargeable Service Business.
    • Complying managements reports MIS & updating in portal.
    • Generation of enquiries for Spares / Retro-fitment and replacement of pumps.
    • Service dealers claims settlements, Recoveries of service payments from Direct Customers.
    • Submission of list of recommended spares to customers.
    • Marketing activity with customers- Technical Presentations, Chargeable Trainings to premium customers, spares business promotional activities.
    • Initiate and execute Promotional activities like Seminars/ Exhibitions /Customer Direct-mailer/ In-House seminars/ Influencers Meets/ASC meet
    • Visit to Dealers/Customers for Business enquiry generation.
    • Follow-up with design /Manufacturing for design and services related issues.
    • Settlement of Dealers issues claims on account of transit damage, wrong & short supply.
    Skills:
    • Good product/pump / pumping equipments and accessories knowledge.
    • Handling and convincing power.
