Job Description

    Job Summary : Seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Institutional Sales Representative to join in the Wires & Cable industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with institutional clients, such as government organizations, educational institutions, and large corporations. The primary focus will be on promoting and selling our range of wires and cables, meeting sales targets, and driving business growth. Responsibilities : - Identify and target institutional clients in the wires & cable industry, including government organizations, educational institutions, and large corporations.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the target institutions.- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions using our range of wires and cables.- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.- Collaborate with the sales team and other internal stakeholders to develop effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management team.- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).- Proven experience in institutional sales within the wires & cable industry or a related industry (Pipes / Building Material, Electrical Equipments). - Strong knowledge of wires and cables, their applications, and industry standards.- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and ability to work independently.- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
