Responsible to follow and implement the systems, procedures and practices for production operations and execution of production plan for Drug Product facility. Drug Product Manufacturing - Packing Responsible to follow and implement the systems, procedures and practices for production operations and execution of production plan for Drug Product facility. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Validation Protocols and packing batch records and Regulatory guidelines. Supervision of the Production activity in Drug Product Facility. Reporting and investigation of the Deviation or any Non - compliance in the Production area. Carry out in process checks as per the respective SOP and Batch records. Supervise timely installation, commissioning and validation of all the equipments in the Drug Product Facility. Timely execution of Optimization and Process Validation batches and co - ordinate effectively with the Tech Transfer group. Perform duties viz., Executing batches in shifts, Instant shop - floor planning, planning and arranging the things for next shift. Execution, prioritizing, and training. Meeting all the delivery schedules for the products as committed in the Plan. Co - ordination with other functions like Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Maintenance and Warehouse to ensure compliance to the committed Plan. Maintain good housekeeping inside and around the production facilities and maintain good hygiene practices. Maintain the processing equipments in good condition and support for timely preventive maintenance. Responsible for preparation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), related to Packing in Drug Product Facility. Ensure on - line documentation, review of Equipments Log Books, Batch Records and other packing documents. Train the operating personnel on the SOPs, Batch Records, and Practices. To ensure training should be completed in stipulated time period. Qualification: Regular B.Pharmacy / M.pharmacy. Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in tablet Packing area in pharmaceutical organization. Shall have good knowledge of Packing equipments Such as Blister packing line , Autocartonator HANA 150 etc ,CVC bottle packing line , various printers , Track and Trace system., checkweigher, BOPP / Strapping machine , Hands on experience in Operation of bulk, blister, and bottle line for primary and secondary area machines. Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment. Extensive experience in manpower handling, team building and resolving shop floor issues arising out of personnel inefficiencies or technical incompetence,
