Job Description EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Graduate , MBA, Good at MS office. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE Candidates with work experience purely in services industry ( such as insurance, credit cards, Visa offices, BPOs, consultancy etc ) to be avoided. 3- 9 years of Experience in 3 to 4 FMCG / Durables companies , Institutional sales Must have done product sales to institutions such as manufacturers, govt enterprises , companies, hospitals, Army or educational institutes etc Preferred industry : Consumer durables, FMCG Institutional Sales or Modern Trade division ( Nestle, ITC, Pharma companies, Manufacturer of Institutional products like Philips Lighting, , Cannon, etc ) Coordinating with merchandising team to get desired products at right price to help team deliver results. Coordinating with membership team on getting right set of membership done for given geograph Coordinating with marketing for getting right set of help for desired results on activities. Coordination with Operation, Finance, legal team for finding solutions to help member services To drive Sales and Business Development activities of Ofiice & Institution Segment at Best price Club , across all sub segments like Educational Institutes ( like University, School, Hostels ) Offices, Hospitals, Manufacturing, Army stores, big religious organisations (Mandir, Gurudwaras, , Trusts), Agricultural societies etc. To drive Office and Institutional business at Best Price store ( 20% of Store Sale) Drive segment sales through all categories ranging from Grocery , FMCG , Electronics , Apparel , Stationery, Detergents, housekeeping, General merchandise and fresh ( Fruits, Vegetables and non- Veg ) MIS Give feedback on Assortment , Need gaps, Pricing etc in market to store leadership team & HO Sales team Provide business solutions to members to ease their shopping experience with us. To train BDAs team at store INTERACTIONS INTERNAL Store operations teams, Membership teams & Home Office Sales team.
