You should be able to promote the companys products and services to potential customers in your assigned territory. Also, you should be able to conduct in-depth research and identify any new business opportunities.Responsibilities:Agent recruitment :-Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line- Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring- Recruit quality agents as per the standards defined by the companyAgent Development :- Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits- Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals- Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same- Meet Business Targets- Achievement of key business vectors- Improve agent productivity & retention- Maintain the quality vectors of business including persistency and surrenderResponsibilities and Duties :- Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits.- Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals.- Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same.
