Research Associate- Collect and analyze and to source & generate candidate leads using various resources such as company databases, websites & publications to find well-qualified candidates for our client opportunities.- Develop a list of contacts and potential clients across industries, ensuring all information is managed appropriately and passed to the consultant(s)/Director efficiently.- You will be responsible for researching and sourcing information on prospective candidates from a range of external and internal databases, deep web searching, social media and other means and ensuring that all information is managed appropriately.- Write reports and expert analyses and present research reports based on this information- Design research strategies to fulfill the needs of specific research projects.- Implement research plans to find and collect data which includes studying reports, using online sources, taking phone surveys, and using a variety of other data-collection methods.- Interpret and analyze research data, mining it for relevant information.- Write research reports highlighting and summarizing essential information found through their data analysis.Qualification And Experience:i. Graduate/postgraduate with 1-3 years of successful research recruiting experience preferred from any industry.ii. Demonstrable research skills such as data analytics, statistics, or survey design.iii. Impeccable writing and organizational skills.iv. Proficiency in research design, research report writing, and source analysis.v. A thorough knowledge of research procedures and best practices.vi. Team-working and communication skills.vii. Ability to conduct research independently.viii.
