*The role of Business Analyst within Managed Services is responsible for effectively delivering andembedding change and continuous improvement initiatives - triggered either by regulatory or contractualchanges or changes to BAU process or policy. This is achieved by identifying key requirements from theproposed change, conducting impact of the change, capturing relevant costs associated and capturing,analysing and documenting requirements to deploy the change.The Business Analyst also ensures that the detailed business requirements are documented in the form ofa business impact assessment and understood by those developing and implementing theprocess/procedures or solution. The role would also facilitate all relevant approvals and authorisationsduring the end to deployment process, perform post implementation review, identify lessons learnt anddraft and oversee publication of change alerts. This will require excellent relationships building skills with adiverse number of people within KPMG and our clients organisations working on multiple sites if/whenrequired.The job responsibilities include:End to end ownership of change delivery raised either by the client or operational teams,through the planning, scheduling and deployment stages.Working closely with senior managers, Operations staff and Managed Services clients todocument and define functional and non-functional requirements.Facilitating meetings with key stakeholders and SME group ensuring all parties involvedhave a fair understanding of the key requirements from the request for change.Conduct a detailed business impact assessment of the change/continuous improvementrequests assigned - capturing key impact across different business areas internally as wellas outside the firm - ranging from operations, support team, technical suppliers, 3rd partysuppliers etc.Perform a detailed cost impact analysis covering one time and recurring costs associatedwith the change.Present impact assessment to Change Advisory Board and secure all necessary approvalsand authorizations for deploymentLiaise with Onshore and Offshore colleagues and stakeholders to ensure smooth deliveryand implementation.Develop all supporting documentation and ensure the change adheres to mandatorycompliance and governance standards., *Job RequirementsMandatory SkillsA prospective Business Analyst would have most of the following experiences or skills:Preferred background in Banking/Financial services industry with a minimum of 2 yearsexperience in change functionGood understanding of change management/project management processes and methodologieswith hands on practical knowledge of workflow tools, process mappingExperience in conducting Business Impact Assessment, writing Functional SpecificationDocument (FSD)/Business Requirement Document (BRDs)Good interpersonal and communication skills required to work across multiple teams and SMEgroups - covering operations, technology and regulatory side of the business.Preferred Skills32020 KPMG Global Services Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India and a memberfirm of the KPMG network of independent member firms affiliated with KPMG International Cooperative ( KPMGInternational ), a Swiss entity.
