DescriptionDXC Technology India is seeking great talent to join the Modern Application development group. The Consultant will facilitate high intensity workshops to develop business requirements, develop demonstrations to provide solution proof, support the development of proposals and statements of work to include drafting estimation of effort/cost. The Core technical/Functional (AX/D365FO) is an experienced multi-skilled professional, with hands on experience in D365 Architect. He/she is a good team player, who is part of a team responsible for delivering end-to-end application development services to customers. He/she collaborates with professionals in the regional and worldwide DXC Application Services community to leverage modern solutions and brings D365 AX/FO technical expertise to ensure applications are developed as per Solution & Design The main goal is to ensure DXC delivers application services and to continuously improve our maturity in processes and technology, resulting in best-in-class technology implementationThe Consultant will be a key technical/Functional spokesperson for the DXC Microsoft Practice. The Consultant will help create strong business cases supported by compelling value propositions and will demonstrate how customers can realize substantial value by deploying the Microsoft solutions. He/she must be fluent in all aspects of relevant Microsoft Dynamic AX products (AX2009/AX2012/D365 FO) and services and possess excellent presentation skills to concisely design, articulate and present our strategy to decision makers at key customers. Responsibilities

• Should have Minimum 12+ years of Experience (Level 5)
• Should have Minimum 15+ years of Experience (Level 6)
• Architecting, Implementation and Hands on experience in MS Dynamics D365, AX.
• Experience installing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics D365, AX 2012
• Core development capabilities in X++, MorphX, C#, Web-services, SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS
• Proven experience selling consulting engagements which includes estimating, scoping, and writing effective statements of work that clearly set expectations and limit risk. Demonstrated excellence at presenting complex development topics to both executive and technical personnel
• Full life-cycle implementation of Dynamics AX (up to version AX 2012), consideration to those with deep experience in other ERPs, etc.
• Deep knowledge in Application Integration Framework (AIF), Enterprise Portal, Workflows and Reporting in Dynamics AX.
• Expert in related technologies like SharePoint, and BizTalk, Migrating data from other systems to Dynamics AX. Integrating Dynamics AX with other systems
• An ability to articulate architectural differences between solution methods and the challenges and approaches to integrating solutions built on different platforms including a working knowledge of different architectural frameworks that may be used by our customers.
• Ability to move between high level architectural review/design and the roll up the sleeves level of doing all phases of an application delivery project
• Experience in cloud deployment and environment envisioning.
• Knowledge of full application life cycle design tools and methodologies
• Exceptional demonstrated consulting skills
• Prior experience implementing any major modules within Dynamics AX
• Understand how to build and maintain positive client and peer relationships
• Demonstrate capabilities in evaluating new techniques and utilizing the key elements
• Demonstrate strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in Migrating data from other systems to Dynamics D365
• Experience in fit gap analysis
• Strong analytical, numerical, reasoning abilities and in-depth knowledge on D365 Technical architecture
• Experience in leveraging Microsoft Sure Step methodology for full-lifecycle implementations
• Lead and implemented at least 5 end to end projects
• DevOps & Agile methodology experience, working with small agile teams with strong ownership and drive
• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall software development environments

Nice to have skills:

• Knowledge / Development experience on Cloud Azure
• Knowledge on Cloud Architecture technology/Deployment activities
