Need to ensure all mapped clients are controlled for attrition and existing portfolio grows basis service and relationship management and thus also yielding good cross sell like Trade/FX and insurance. Need to keep the portfolio hygiene in control along with ensuring the relationship results in wallet share increase by means of cross selling in Insurance, Self funding and FX/Trade.
