Job Description

*The Integration and API Developer works closely with the Architects, Functional Teams Managers, Customers, and Partners to implement APIs and Integrations to support business requirement. The individual will design, build, and maintain integrations and API s for on premises and cloud systems. Developer must be capable of understanding business requirements, working with end users and developing, deploying, and supporting the integration and API s .Roles & responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze and design API using Swagger and Mule designer with OAS specifications.
  • Develop APIs, interfaces and integration flows using Mule ESB Anypoint platform including Mule Runtime, Connectors, Design Center and API management
  • Knowledge on Azure API management, policies and DevOps pipeline.
  • Design and develop APIs using open-source languages like Python, Java and deployment using CICD pipeline.
  • Responsible for reviewing code written by other programmers, requirement gathering, bug fixing, testing, documenting and implementation.
  • Knowledge of Security, Logging, Auditing, Policy Management and Performance Monitoring and KPI for end-to-end process execution.
  • Setup security models and policies for consumers and producers of API and catalog assets
  • Work across various platforms and the associated stakeholders/business users
  • Handle the API and Integration operations.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide bug fixes.
  • Provide technical expertise in large, complex environments.
  • Effectively works with Internal and External customers.
  • Automate common, repeatable tasks at large scale to streamline operational procedures on various technology stacks within team.
  • Familiarity with consuming RESTful JSON services

  • Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in Integration and API
  • Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in developing MuleSoft Anypoint
  • Experience in designing and configuring interfaces in different versions of MuleSoft AnyPoint
  • Familiar with different monitoring tools.
  • Extensively worked on different Adapters (REST, JDBC, HTTP, IDoc, RFC, File, XI, SOAP, WS and JMS).
  • Experience in providing estimations for MuleSoft Anypoint or other related middleware technology
  • Exposure to Java or Java Script a plus
  • Demonstrate ability to understand business problems and articulate a technical solution.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to write technical documents.
  • Ability to communicate issues and recommend solutions in a timely manner to Management.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Familiar Agile development methodologies
  • Preferred MuleSoft Certified Developer
  • BS Computer Science or related field
  • Ability to pass a background check
