Job Description

    Position: JC Digital Repair SpecialistJob Description1. Knowledge of CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) device installations.2. To be involved in daily partner management and handholding.3. Address partner queries and ensure timely redressal.4. Drive time-bound quality installations through partners.5. Interact with customers on handsets and other mobility / fixed device-related issues.6. Troubleshoot devices defects7. Handle devices related queries8. Record job entries in the Customer Relationship Management portal.9. Upgrade the software on devices.10. Assemble or dismantle smartphones (unibody/duo body)11. Repair handsets by changing screen, speaker, mic, camera, etc.12. Verify devices for changes13. Inspection of FTTx devices14. The job role requires travel to various touch points as planned or as & when required.15. Train, support, and supervise extended service touch points at their own stores and engage them in device service delivery.16. Adhoc responsibilities include mandatory participation in activities rolled out from time to time, viz., attending to complaint calls pertaining to SLP devices and related support systems at town sites & sites, out-calling due for recharge bases, coaching the Jio Associates and enhancing their participation & productivity (sell-out & activation), etc.Location : Phulmandi, Chandigarh, Mohai, Amritsar, Ludhiana, Moga, Malout, Abohar,Pathankot, Barnala, Rajpura, Tarn Taran, Bhatinda, MalerkattaKeywords: handsetrepair skills, Knowledge of spares operations, Knowledge of CRM SystemsWork Experience (specify range) * :1 yearsCTC (specify range)* 2.20 LacsJob Location(s): PunjabQualification(s): 102/ITI/Diploma, Certification in Device Care( Preferred)
