Job Description

Exciting Opportunity to join an MNC in a Sales & Marketing Role for OEM - After Market Channel (through Third Party Payroll)Roles & Responsibilities- Drive sales growth through OEM dealer networks and distributor channels in the assigned territory.- Develop and manage relationships with OEM dealers, distributors, and key channel partners.- Identify recent business opportunities, onboard dealers, and increase market share through competitor conversion.- Execute dealer engagement activities, product training programs, and promotional campaigns.- Monitor secondary sales performance, dealer productivity, and distributor effectiveness.- Prepare sales reports, track market trends, and support business growth initiatives.Desired Candidate Profile- Bachelors Degree (Regular).- 3 years of experience in OEM Dealer Channel Sales, Distributor Management, or B2B Sales.- Strong experience in dealer network development and channel sales management.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market share growth.- Preferred industries: Lubricants, Automotive Aftermarket, Spare Parts, Adhesives, Batteries.- Knowledge of the local language will be an added advantage. .
