Company: A full-service investment bank providing strategic M&A/PE advisory and structured finance advisory.RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS: 1. Preparation of marketing materials used in Equity Fund Raise and M&A, including investment memoranda, management presentations, and pitch books2. Preparation of various types of financial models for structured debt and equity3. Ensure co-ordination for due diligence, analysis, and structuring of live transactions4. Leverage existing connections and develop new connections in the Private Equity & Venture Capital Space to ensure mandate closure5. Participate in negotiations and other closure activities6. Work with senior team members/SBU to identify and evaluate potential business opportunitiesSkills & Experience :1. 1-4 years of relevant experience in the Investment banking space2. Should have worked in PE / M&A across different sectors. Experience in the closure of stressed asset acquisitions / NCLT acquisitions would be viewed positively3. Back office / KPO experience will be viewed less favorably4. CA / MBA with relevant years of post-qualification experience.5.
