To ensure Achievement of budgeted Gross Adds, ARPU & Revenue targets as per AOP. Major Activities:To acquire High ARPU subscriber base by maintaining higher level of Customer Satisfaction.To manage the team of Sales Executives for daily business operations and their growth planningTo penetrate business opportunities from existing N/ w areasTo ensure adequate brand visibility across assigned territoryRecruitment & retention of Sales Team, Identifying channel partners and driving channel sales teams for retail sales/ Enterprise sales.Process & document compliance while performing business operationsTo demonstrate ability for next level & content of leadershipTo plan and rollout network in coordination with network team as per business requirements in the potential Areas.Ensuring better CSAT on sales .Reports to (Title): Branch Manager Straight Line & Dotted Line to Zonal Business ManagerStaff Controlled: 20+ off roll staff plus two Team Leaders and SME Sales ExecutivesTechnical Skills: Should have basic knowledge of MS- Office, internet & must possess understanding about broadband/ telecom business.Functional Skills: Should have fair knowledge about Database management, Sales calls, Prospecting, Conversion process, DSR & regular review of performance. ,
