Job Description

    1) Drive to achieve groups (a group of teams) revenue and cost goals at group and team level2 Lead / hire / build / develop / train / mentor a team of Managers, Asst. Managers, and PMs specialized in offering techno-commercial research & advisory services in chemicals & materials domain3) Strategies and drive groups business development with or without the support from sales / BD colleagues; clearly articulate research and advisory services to client and engage them with thought leadership; drive marketing outreach programs; initiate and develop industry / capability decks, white papers, thought papers, articles, case studies, etc. to support business development4) Lead / Build / write ORCs / strategic programs / large RFPs / deals (gather requirement during client briefing, formulation of winning research solutions for clients business problems, designing of commercial framework, effective presentation of solution and offer, etc.)5) Setting process and review mechanism to ensure successful execution of engagements ensuring company-defined quality and timeline standards; oversee ORCs / strategic programs / large RFPs / deals6) Drive and implement organizational / BU / Practice-level policies, initiatives, etc.7) One should have worked on a range of custom research or consulting engagements and strategic programs, with experience of handling multiple open-source and commercial databases. Up to date with recent industry happenings and challenge areas in the chemicals & materials industry, as well as aware of latest trends like sustainability, carbon neutrality, circular economy, digitization, etc.8) Knowledge of data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, etc. is desirable.9) Experience in research platform as a service (PaaS) is a plus.,
