"The role holder will be primarily responsible for Requirement analysis and specification through to data analysis co-relating client, business and colleagues (operations) impact and experience. The delivery focused role will work closely with the project and business stakeholders to ensure smooth change management.What will you be doing Own and manage requirement related aspects of the change delivery life cycle from inception, solution design through to implementation and post implementation supportWork in-line with overall Barclays strategy across Technology delivery and Business operations changeIdentify, quantify, plan and control all business design and analysis related activity on change projectsIdentify, analyse, manage and monitor relationships with and between stakeholders.Manage multiple work streams of project activityRequirements elicitation and documentation, using User StoriesEnd-to-end requirements management and traceability, both functional and non-functionalWorking closely with various stakeholdersImpact analysis, both business and technical, working closely with architects and solution designersCoordination of and hands-on assistance with Different testing phases including User Acceptance Testing and Live provingWork as a liaison among project stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate features for new functionality. Serves as the SME for business and functional domain knowledge; working closely with the Product OwnerCreate, groom and maintain the project feature and story backlog in addition to any changes to those requirements. Participates in joint design sessions to groom and document features and stories. Good understanding of Customer Journeys in the AcquiringWorked in Tools that are used for Capturing Requirements in Agile(Jira, Rally etc.)Ability to understand the requirements and communicate /disseminate the same effectively to multiple stakeholdersSkills that will help you in the role:Exposure to Product Owner roles and responsibilitiesTechnical knowledge will be a benefit to assist with data analysisKnowledge of design concepts like Web services design concepts like micro services, request response, REST, SOAP, SOA etc at a high level under preferred skills,"
