If you would like some flexibility, then please discuss this with the hiring manager.You will be responsible for designing and deploying marketing camapigns across channels based on business reruirements to ensure accurate, consistent data selection and governance for Barclays UK. You will play a key role as part of camapigns execution in Customer Communications Operations(CCO) team. As a campaign delivery lead, he/she is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion.What will you be doing Lead the migration project for camapigns migration from Teradata CIM platform to AbInitio CIP platform. Oversee and Govern the expansion of existing data architecture and the optimization of data query performance via best practices Develop new campaign as part of Campaign execution process Independently executes the entire campaign process with zero defects on continuous basis. Identify and resolve issues in business requirements prior to campaign execution. Ensure quality deliveries. Collaboratively work with the team and ensure timely deliverables Participating in all council meetings and contribute in campaign execution processWhat we re looking for:Good understanding of financial services, preferably UK retail banking marketplace, risk and compliance processes. Extensive experience in marketing analytics and digital Marketing. Any background of campaign analytics. Knowledge of channel(Branch, Telephony) distribution including emerging channels such as Mobile Banking, Online Banking etc Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information in a clear way. Strong in Teradata, SQL, Hadoop/Hive/Impala, ER Studio Strong in Conceptual Design, Abstract Thinking, User and Internal Communication Strong Datawarehousing Concept Experience in any ETL tool preferably AbInitio Minimum years of experience Knowledge in CIP(Customer Interaction Platform) tool Leading and Managing the teamSkills that will help you in the role:Good to have Marketing Technologies Tool Knowledge in Big Data, Teradata Vantage Knowledge/Experience in SAS Experience in AbInitio Experience in campaigns executionWhere will you be working ChennaiBe More at Barclays At Barclays, each day is about being more as a professional, and as a person.
