Job Description

  • Preparing and reviewing monthly financial statement for Business unit head/ line management
  • Analyzing forecast with actuals and provide variance comments.
  • Analyzing cash flow forecast with actuals and provide variance comments.
  • Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company
  • Coordinate with GBSS F&A team on the monthly basis and ensure actuals are in line with forecast for better accuracy in forecast.
  • Continuous monitoring of SGA expenses and ensure this is in line with Annual Operating Plan/Forecast. Any deviation needs to be reported/highlighted in the monthly pack.
  • Prepare best and worst case on monthly basis and needs to be reported to RHQ and HQ after approval from Business Unit Head
  • Any business impact to be highlighted immediately to Business Unit Head
  • Perform quality assurance functions as they relate to reporting and data validation
  • Monitor and report on critical key performance indicators for the work
  • Must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision
  • Handled any BI tool(Tableau) earlier would be added advantage
