What you will learn and contribute to Are you passionate about solving problems As part of our team, you will:Be involved in daily Shift operations and work towards customer delivery.Take end-to-end responsibility for troubleshooting and corrective maintenance of Network, ensuring trouble tickets are actively managed until resolution.Contribute towards meeting project specific KPI, SLA & OLA metrics. Your skills and experience Provide Level-2 Fault Management support in RAN domain (3G/4G/5G)Fault Localization/Correction/Verification/Resolution remotely.Coordinate with Internal/External Customer/Ops team, in addressing & resolving Network issues/outages.Extend support to L1 engineers wherever required for advance troubleshootingImplement Configuration changes in RAN/BSS elements (Nokia/Huawei/Ericsson nodes) Rehoming / Recommissioning / Hardware / software parameter changes.Responsible in building Knowledge Base (KM/KA docs)Extend support in Problem management & take Proactive measures.
