Qualification : - Bachelors or Masters Degree with Minimum 1- 3 Years of experience. - Experience in recruiting mobile engineers, Chip Design engineers preferred. - Should have experience in handling end to end US recruitment, Full time, contract, contract to hire positions with a proven track record. - Strong experience working on Job portals like Dice, Monster, Social networking sites, Linkedin, head hunting etc to get the right profiles matching the requirements at the shortest possible time. - Familiar with visas and Tax terms (W2 Hourly, 1099, Corp to Corp) a Plus. - Experience working with direct clients. - Self- Confident and Motivated people raring to make money. - Should be excellent team players. - Basic knowledge in computers / IT. - Excellent verbal & written English, and interpersonal communication skills. - Must be willing to work in shifts.
