Job Description

  • 10+years of Test Management and coordination experience
  • Hands on experience of creating Test Strategy Document and Traceability Matrix
  • Hands on experience of 2G/3G/4G N/W Architecture.
  • Sound technical understanding of mobile network and internet-based systems including GSM, GPRS, UMTS, 4G.
  • Knowledge of SIP methods and the call flow for VOIP session.
  • Experience in SIP and INAP call flow.
  • Good knowledge of IMS, SIP, VOIP, CAP, INAP, TCAP, SCCP, MAP, SCTP, M3UA, BSSAP, MLP, SOAP, SIGTRAN, HTTP, SMPP protocols.
  • Good exposure to Testing tools, methodologies, Functional, Non-functional, Regression, Performance, User Acceptance Testing of different telecom products and validation against 3GPP Specs
  • Team management of 15 resources
  • Proven relationship management/engagement skills and ability to communicate effectively with different audiences
  • Sound test process knowledge and expertise in testing life cycle. Familiarity in different development methodologies Waterfall, Agile, etc.
  • Telecom domain / industry experience
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, the ability to prioritize requests and workload accordingly, and meet deadlines
  • Familiar with corporate, industry and professional standards.
  • Have excellent numeracy skills for statistics and reporting
  • ISEB Foundation Certificate in Software Testing
