While bringing a deep understanding of local markets for our customers, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.Examples of the key internal/external interfaces:

  • GSI partner technology stakeholders including network, edge, CTO, CIO
  • Nokia BG s including CNS Enterprise Solutions
  • Market MU CSA s and SE s and CT s
  • Enterprise Digital Industries solutions teams
  • Enterprise Business Centre - Pre-Sales and Delivery
  • GSI Partner Global account managers and GSI regional leads
What you will learn and contribute toThis role is a pre-sales customer and resale partner-facing solution architect that plays a key role in Nokia s Enterprise go-to-market strategy of creating demand, shaping the network strategy of our customers for their success, with an emphasis on private campus wireless solutions.The position will work as a CTO level consultant across the GSI Partner Sales organization in Nokia Enterprise to support account technical strategy development, select business case development, and report on the voice of the customer. The target candidate for such a position must be highly technical and able to understand and articulate cross-domain solutions that meet the needs of global systems integrators utilizing private wireless networking and adjacent solutions to further the digital agenda of their enterprise clients.Success is measured as positive opportunity development across the customer teams; key deal development; advancement of Nokia private wireless as part of the GSI own solutions and GTM initiatives.As part of our team, you will:
  • Develop deep expertise of Nokia private wireless and adjacent solutions.
  • Become a trusted advisory for the GSI partner account up to the C-level to drive their network evolution, with emphasis on private wireless, for the purpose of demand creation.
  • Translating Nokia Enterprise and BG strategy into executable customer strategies in close collaboration with the GSI global partner account managers.
  • Strike the right balance of technical accuracy and reliability with a sales orientation of knowing what s needed to win, based on knowledge and experience (sweet spot between under and over-engineering solutions)
  • Feeding BG strategy through a deep understanding of our customer s requirements and local markets, including their network/operational strategies and ambitions
  • Develop and articulate a combined value proposition that blends Nokia enablement technologies with relevant partner specific offerings. Present with the partner to target customers.
  • Leading proactive customer proposals and technical work-streams together with GSI global partner account managers and GSI regional leaders.
  • Providing Nokia thought leadership voice to the customers and providing voice of the customer to the BGs and Enterprise Strategy.
Your skills and experienceYou have:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related major.
  • Broad knowledge of Digital Industries telecom/IT industry, cloud edge, networking requirements and competitor trends.
  • Experience successfully influencing Industry networking decisions and/or CSPs ideally sales experience as well
  • Strong influencing skills, with established relationships at Tier 1 GSI s or Industrial Integrators and knowledge of how these partners bring solutions to market.
  • Experience and/or deeper understanding in one or more technology areas. Specific knowledge in multiple technology domain areas (e.g., software development / architecture, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
  • Can create proof of concepts, demos, and/or scripts from scratch or leveraging reusable components. Strong strategic thinker.
  • Excellent communications skills, both orally and written with the ability to evangelize both internally and with the market. Ability to communicate at senior levels internally and with customers.
  • Understanding of radio technology and knowledge of private cellular networking.
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple complex technical projects simultaneously.
